We process your data exclusively on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021). This page explains which data we process when you visit this website. The German version is legally binding.

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is operated on our own servers in Austria; no external hosting provider is involved. When the website is accessed, the following data is stored in server logs for technical reasons: IP address, date and time, requested page, amount of data transferred, status code, referring page, browser and operating system.
We need this data for secure and stable operation, for example to defend against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted once they are no longer required for secure operation. The connection to this website is encrypted with TLS.
3. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide (name, email address, subject, message) in order to answer your enquiry. Form data is stored in the website database and forwarded to us by email. To protect against spam we use an invisible check field; no external services are involved.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Cookies and consent
Without your consent, this website does not set any analytics or marketing cookies. We store your choice in the consent notice in your browser’s local storage (entry pv_consent_v1) so that the notice does not appear on every visit. This entry is technically necessary (Section 165(3) TKG 2021) and remains until you delete it in your browser.
You can withdraw or give your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
5. Google Analytics
Only if you consent do we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>, stored for up to 2 years) and collects information about your use of the website, such as pages visited, time spent, approximate origin, device and browser data. We use this to create statistics in order to improve the website.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 165(3) TKG 2021). Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists. More information: Google Privacy Policy.
6. Fonts
The fonts used are loaded from our own server. No connection to Google or other providers is made.
7. Your rights
